Shipping and delivery costs, methods and times

Delivery destinations
We deliver throughout Italy, Europe and the United Kingdom through the most suitable couriers for fast, widespread and tracked distribution; in the rest of the world orders are still possible.
We ask our customers to always provide an address where they can ensure their availability, address accompanied by a telephone number that will be communicated to the courier, useful for any eventuality related to the delivery, as required by privacy legislation.

Management and delivery times
We generally manage and process the order within 48 hours from when it is finalized but for quantities, particular products or for reasons of stock replenishment, the processing time can reach 3-5 working days. Delivery times, on the other hand, depend on the place of destination and the courier but, reasonably, for Italy it is possible to expect the package to arrive within 24-48 hours of departure. It will be our concern or the courier’s concern to communicate the expected delivery times via email. In the case of orders purchased by bank transfer, shipments will be taken over upon receipt of payment (this method may delay the departure of the package).

Unforeseen events and delays due to couriers
Due to strikes, fortuitous events or special conditions, slowdowns or delays may occur, always and unfortunately independent of our responsibility. There is no way to intervene or speed up these situations, with any courier. Fortunately, these exceptional situations occur very rarely and, in any case, more and more rarely.

Shipping costs
The kits we sell weigh, weigh a lot. This, for the shipping costs, is not a good thing. Despite all this, we are committed to leaving all shipments under 9Kg completely free, obviously for Italy. A contribution for shipping is required for a significant increase in weight. For shipments to other European countries and the United Kingdom, the rates will be calculated on the cart page at the time of the order, although a complete summary can be found below.
